Winners & Results of Cryptogram Contest

My cryptogram contest is officially ended, as the post paid-out. THANK YOU to all who entered! Here is the solution to the puzzle:


The prize pool was 12 SBI, to be split among folks who solved the puzzle. However, there were seven people who solved it, so I am bumping the prize pool to 14 SBI so that each entrant will receive 2 SBI.
