Old things are wonderful when kept and cared for. The city of Kingsport, Tennessee, is one of those places that still uses the vintage decorations they acquired many years ago. When I lived there, I loved driving through the city at night in December and admiring the decorations that were very much like those I saw as a child. To my knowledge, most cities and towns use more "modern-looking" decorations now, and they do not have the charm that these old, well-loved decorations have!
