The latest option package for vehicles

I have heard of various "packages" of options for automobiles — 'turbo' packages for those who want high-performance engines, 'towing' packages for those who wish to pull things, 'off-road' packages for those who wish to leave the highways — but never have I heard of 'toilet paper' packages coming with vehicles, until now.

Automotive dealers have been deemed an 'essential business' during the COVID-19 lockdown because people must go out for essentials occasionally. Cars remain an important commodity, especially in rural areas such as this one. Granted, many dealerships have closed their showrooms in favor of selling cars online and then providing for delivery to people's homes. Those dealerships whose showrooms remain open are required to practice "social distancing" and limit the number of customers allowed indoors at one time.

Just this past week, a local automotive dealership began advertising that a 20-pack of toilet paper will be included with each vehicle sold. They said it is "help reduce the stress" of their customers — what a great idea, especially since toilet paper is very hard to find nowadays! It is really interesting noting all the little ways this virus is changing our world. 😷
