One local merchant has a pretty tree in the front window of their shop, so I stepped closer to take a better look. I was surprised to see a string of lights on the tree that were fashioned from shotgun shells! You can see them on the left-side of the above photo: the yellow 20-gauge shell and the red 12-gauge shell. How creative is that...? Good ol' Southern engineering! 😂
