The reverse (back) of the bullion has a scale on it, which I thought was a cool design, and what prompted me to grab it for my collection. Plus, the price couldn't be beat! "THANK YOU" for such a great price, Ray! ๐ This transaction was also cool because it was the first time I bought silver with STEEM rather than fiat!
The obverse (front) of the coin is a clone of the old Morgan Silver Dollar. Not sure why they chose that particular design for the front, but hey... it was a classic piece, after all! The detail of their clone isn't as fine as the detail on the original Morgan, but it's acceptable for a 'tribute' piece, I suppose.
Now, one would think offering a troy ounce of .999 silver at only 33ยข over "spot" value would be great enough, but @raybrockman went the extra mile by putting a sweet little surprise in the envelope, too! A gorgeous, super-shiny, 1940 Walking Liberty Half Dollar, already tucked inside its own encapsulated holder!
My photo does not do justice to this coin's beauty! If there is any wear on it at all, it is very minimal and [to my untrained eye] looks like it is in BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) condition! It is definitely the best quality Walking Liberty Half Dollar in my collection! Another big, "THANK YOU, for your generosity, Ray! You certainly made my day with this delivery! ๐
