Fine Dining

I've been holding out, admittedly, on sharing one of our finest dining establishments in the area. I was afraid if the word got out, the place would be swamped with new diners and I'd never get to eat there again!

This wonderful establishment is on US Highway 178 north of the Pickens (SC) area, not far from the point where the piedmont gives way to the mountains. Not long before reaching this place, the highway begins to get steep and curvy.

The Roadkill Grill is directly across from Bob's Place — the oldest bar in the state of South Carolina. It burned sometime back, but the owners were planning to rebuild, according to the news story. Hopefully, the Roadside Grill was spared from the fire! If anyone visits the area, I will be happy to take you there! 😁
