Winter has hardly begun, but I am ready for spring! While watching snow fall today, I was thinking of some of the delightful flowers that will come when the weather warms again. I have always liked looking for small things which many people will miss, and these flowers are no exception!

These little flowers on Pink Woodsorrel (Oxalis debilis) are not much bigger around than an eraser on a pencil, but they are so pretty, especially when many plants bear flowers in one concentrated area! Although the small blooms are pink, the interior is a purple color, which I thnk qualifies this shot for today's color challenge. This photo was taken by me, earlier this year when I was navigating a steep embankment in order to get a particular shot of a mountain. Oh, the things we do for photography, but what rewards we reap! 😊

This is another entry in the ColorChallenge which @kalemandra began. It's been such fun participating in it each day since I've been here!
