One of the best photos I took of LittleBit was quite a happy accident. Even though she is an indoor cat, she's always interested in whatever's happening outdoors and loves to look out windows to survey the goings-on. One day a while back, I stepped out the sliding-glass door onto the concrete patio behind the house. Beside the sliding-glass door is a door-sized pane of glass that doesn't open, and I'd kept the drape pulled over it that day.
As soon as I stepped outside, LittleBit slipped behind the curtain so she could look out and see what I was doing. Fortunately, I had my cellphone in my hand and was able to snap a couple of photos of her.
Since the photos were taken through a double-thickness of insulated glass (two panes of glass slightly separated by an air pocket), the clarity of the photo appears a little "soft" but shows her little face so sweetly!

She stayed there, happily watching me, until I came back inside the house again.

I decided to process the top photo in the same way I process my Old Barn Project photos to see what it would look like. The results are almost like a painting! I like this artsy rendition of her portrait. 😊

Isn't she the most precious little kitty? 😁
