There are many different celebrations this time of year, depending on one's religion, culture, or tradition. I firmly believe the season belongs to no one group, and I find it disturbing when anyone tries to impress their "reason for the season" on others who belong to other traditions. In December:

It is a hashtag that I devised several years ago to encompass the general "feeling" of the holiday spirit at this time of year without pegging it to any particular religion, culture, or tradition.

I mentioned this hashtag last year and was thrilled when @shasta and others began using it, too! Everyone is welcome to join in the fun!
